SMS Messaging

• Carrier Charges: Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS coaching
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for support information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages; your phone number is shared with them solely for message delivery.

Third-Party Services

We share your information with the following service providers:

• Twilio: SMS delivery service (receives your phone number to send messages)
• Google Calendar: Calendar integration (if you connect your calendar)
